Elliot @ almost 2, part 1

I always thought that only girls play dress up and are picky about clothes they wear. Well, we noticed that Elliot has his own style when it comes to clothes too. He has a number of outfits he likes and he insists on wearing it! Like his favorite "Mee Mou" (Mickey Mouse) pants (ironically he always has an accident when wearing those so they don't last for very long).

I was going through the tote with baby clothes a few weeks ago, and it happen to have both of Ell's Halloween costumes in it. He pulled out the tiger one, and wouldn't take it off for the whole day!! And then managed to take those pants out of the laundry basket the next day, and wouldn't wear any other ones! I actually had to go to the store with the kid in tiger pants that day. But I figured, hey, we are in Vernal after all, there are a lot of strange people here, that way we don't stand out of the crowd :))))

The other time Elliot was helping me with "folding" the laundry. This time he pulled out his sweater vest, put it on all by himself...backwards... It was so cute! I actually took a picture of it this time. Not very good one, but still.

Yesterday morning he wouldn't wear any shirt, but insisted on a jacket instead. So, here he was, bare chest with unzipped jacket like a macho man :)) I wish I took a picture of that too! And on insist I mean he has a tantrum if we don't do it his way. Some of them are just not worth fighting! :)

March Updates

It has been so busy lately that I didn't realize how much catching up I have to do!
First of all, we are in the process of buying our first house, and hoping to move sometime in April!!! Yay!!! We are so excited to finally settle down and not have to move anymore. Well, at least for a while!

It finally warmed up, and Elliot and I have been spending time outside as much as we can. He is such a fun little guy to be around! I actually enjoy it more now than when he was younger. Don't get me wrong, I love my boy, but there is something special about this age. Well, minus the temper tantrums, of course. And boy do I see a lot of those every day!

First time grilling this year
Elliot loves to do the dishes!!!

Saying "cheese" for the camera. His face is all wet from drinking out of the sprayer!

Mommy's little helper...whether she needs it or not

And this is the last ultrasound of our other little guy, 27 weeks. I know it's hard to see for most people, but this is a close up of his face.
